Alberto Amar (Valencia, 1985) is a multidisciplinary artist whose work brings together music, image, and painting as interconnected languages of one sensibility. Originally trained as an architect, he has lived and worked in the Netherlands since 2020.

His practice moves between concept and intuition, inviting contemplation. In his paintings and audiovisual works, he explores quiet thresholds between worlds and states of being — moments in which time seems to pause and form takes on an inner meaning.

Amar’s work embraces both sound and image, forming a poetic search for the subtle space where perception and presence meet.
